Right of Withdrawal

Return Policy

At FieldEssentials, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return according to the following guidelines:

  1. Return Period:
    Items can be returned within 14 days after receipt.

  2. Return Conditions:
    The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  3. Return Procedure:
    Please contact our customer service at fieldessentials.shop@gmail.com to authorize a return. Please provide:
    a. your order number
    b. the item you wish to return
    c. the reason for return

    After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

  4. Refund:
    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days after receiving the return. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: Certain items may be excluded from our return policy, usually personalized products. Please check the product description for details.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving your order without giving any reason.

  1. Withdrawal Period:
    You have 14 days to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

  2. Withdrawal Form:
    You can send our standard withdrawal form to fieldessentials.shop@gmail.com or inform us by email including:
    a. order number
    b. item
    c. reason for withdrawal

  3. Consequences of Withdrawal:
    After receiving your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods. We will process the refund, including shipping costs, within 7 days after receipt of the returned items.

Retourbeleid

Bij FieldEssentials streven we ernaar dat u volledig tevreden bent met uw aankoop. Mocht u om welke reden dan ook niet tevreden zijn, dan bieden wij een retourmogelijkheid volgens de volgende richtlijnen:

  1. Retourtermijn:
    Artikelen kunnen binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst worden geretourneerd.

  2. Retourvoorwaarden:
    Het artikel moet in oorspronkelijke staat, ongebruikt of ongedragen zijn. De kosten voor retourzending zijn voor rekening van de klant.

  3. Retourprocedure:
    Neem contact op met onze klantenservice via fieldessentials.shop@gmail.com om een retour te autoriseren. Vermeld daarbij:
    a. uw bestelnummer
    b. het artikel dat u wilt retourneren
    c. de reden van retour

    Na ontvangst van het geretourneerde artikel controleren wij het en verwerken wij uw terugbetaling.

  4. Terugbetaling:
    Terugbetalingen worden binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst van de retour verwerkt op het oorspronkelijke betaalmiddel. De verzendkosten zijn voor rekening van de klant.

Let op: Sommige artikelen kunnen uitgezonderd zijn van ons retourbeleid, meestal betreft dit gepersonaliseerde producten. Controleer de productbeschrijving voor details.

Herroepingsrecht

Conform de geldende consumentenbeschermingswetten heeft u het recht om binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van uw bestelling de overeenkomst zonder opgave van redenen te ontbinden.

  1. Herroepingstermijn:
    U heeft 14 dagen om ons te informeren over uw besluit de overeenkomst te herroepen.

  2. Herroepingsformulier:
    U kunt ons standaard herroepingsformulier sturen naar fieldessentials.shop@gmail.com of ons per e-mail informeren met:
    a. bestelnummer
    b. artikel
    c. reden van herroeping

  3. Gevolgen van herroeping:
    Na ontvangst van uw herroeping heeft u nog 14 dagen de tijd om de goederen terug te sturen. Wij zullen de terugbetaling, inclusief verzendkosten, binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst van de retour verwerken.
